Regenerating of Doublecylinders

Wafo has developed a process to regenerate Doublecylinders

Benefit for our customer:

The regeneration will cost only about 65 % of the price for a new doublecylinder.


Process:

The cylinders are beeing welded on the inside over the entire length by an especially designed device and a PTA-Burner.

The welding material is an atomized nitride steel powder which can be worked and nitrated just like a new cylinder.


Guaranty:

Wafo guarantees, that the regenerated cylinders are equivalent to new cylinders.
